New Job Site Manager Required - London - Refurbishment Projects - GM/05347 Industry: Building and Construction Job Type: Permanent Location: London, England Salary: £40000 - £50000 per annum + pension, healthcare, bonus Site Manager required to join fit-out and refurbishment company based in South London. This Main Contractor are seeking a number of skilled and ambitious Site Managers to join their growing production team and deliver refurbishment and fit-out projects in Greater London. These will be across a variety of sectors, including residential, commercial, education, healthcare and industrial. Many of the residential projects that the company carries out involve high-specification materials and designs, and the role will suit a candidate who has delivered similar schemes in the past. The value of the projects will vary from anywhere around the £200k mark up to £8m, but will typically be around the £2m mark. The role itself will be as part of a production team which is set to grow throughout 2015 in order to deliver a high volume of work which the company has already won. Responsibilities will include programming, dealing with sub-contractors, client-liaison, compiling reports, arranging meetings and other day to day Site-management duties. The successful candidate will be acting as no.1 on a given project, reporting in to visiting Contracts Manager.
