Due to continued expansion, opportunities exists for experienced Store Managers with relevant experience to join their friendly team, including an opportunity to run their flagship store. This is a key role within the business, on any given day you will be responsible for: Leading your team in providing exceptional customer service, day-in day-out Ensuring a roster is in place that provides staff coverage across this 7 day/week business Driving the stores revenue and hitting your daily/monthly targets Inspiring and developing your team, ultimately lifting it to a new level Daily open/close as well as banking reconciliation Maintaining an exceptional level of store presentation What attributes/experience are we looking for?
