Experience and Skills required: - At least 4 full lifecycles of SAP HR implementation experience, 2 of which gained in a lead role and min of 2 success factor or workday implementation experiences, where within these 2 of which were again in a leading role - The ability to understand client requirements and advise them on the best solution possible using SAP. / Success Factors / Workday and other HR technologies such as; Taleo, Sum Total, PeopleFluent, Oracle Fusion, Cornerstone (beneficial) - Strong Consulting skills - demonstrable presentation and client facing skills are a must - Strong knowledge and experience of the pre-sales and sales processes, and effective contributions to both bids and client presentations.
