New Job Technical Support for Watford - Watford Tech Supp Industry: IT Job Type: Permanent Location: Watford, England Salary: £30000.00 - £35000.00 per annum + Bonus plus benefits Technical Support Analyst required for Hertfordshire/North West London border My client, a pharmaceutical company and major success story requires a strong Technical Support Analyst to support the business in the provisioning and maintenance of all end-user computing environments and applications, This will include local area network management and corporate applications. Duties will include: Package and/or test application upgrades and new applications for deployment. To assist business in the provision of technical PC based & PC Application based support activities as required across the business To provide user application support for all current PC & Server based PC applications. To assist other areas of the IT function in developing front end PC applications as required To provide hardware support for all PC based support applications. To assist in managing the economic maintenance of all EUC systems. To assist in maintaining full legal complicity regarding installed software Participate in training to improve overall technical skill levels of the Internal IT Support team To fully support all equipment relocation - moves, etc. To assist in ensuring that appropriate levels of stocks are held. Assist in maintaining security over company hardware assets.
