New Job Telemarketing Executive - ljb240714 Industry: Marketing Job Type: Permanent Location: Cardiff, Wales Salary: £15000 - £17000 per annum This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast growing and highly ambitious marketing agency. My client is a B2B marketing and lead generation agency that specialises in direct and digital marketing. They currently have an opportunity for a Telemarketing Executive to join their Direct Marketing team. Reporting to the Head of Direct Marketing, your role will involve undertaking telemarketing campaigns for our clients in order to generate a continuous stream of high quality and fully qualified sales leads. The ideal candidate should be someone with experience in B2B telemarketing and have an ability to adapt to different situations as you will be dealing with a number of clients across several different industry sectors. They are looking for a candidate with a positive and pro-active attitude who is keen to learn and willing to work hard. What youll be doing: *Lead generation - undertaking telemarketing campaigns for our clients including contacting prospects to explain products/services and generating leads/booking appointments for our clients. *Email follow up - following up calls in a timely manner by emailing relevant information to the prospect. *Lead nurturing - nurturing of long term leads by scheduling appropriate telephone contact and working with the client account team to develop an offline lead nurturing programme. *Research - obtaining company information and the names and contact details of targets from a variety of sources, such as the company website, social media, business websites etc. *Enquiries - actively and effectively responding to any inbound enquiries received via the telephone or email. *Database - maintaining a clean and effective database of contacts, updating with new information when acquired in to our CRM system. What were looking for: *Experience - telemarketing executives that have experience and expertise in B2B lead generation. *Track record - a successful track record of generating and nurturing a consistent stream of good quality sales leads. *Spoken skills - ability to communicate verbally with people at different levels within an organisation including senior level decision makers with the ability to concisely explain products or services and be able to answer questions from prospects *Written skills - strong writing skills with the ability to tailor emails/letters to specific targets and circumstances. *Target driven - used to working to challenging yet realistic targets for generating high quality sales leads. *IT Skills - full competency in the Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook. Proficient in use of the Internet and social media for research purposes. *Flexibility - the ability to understand different products/services and to vary your approach according to different clients and industry sectors. *Attention to detail - accurately recording information on our own database and on Excel spread sheets to present to clients. *Personality - professional, enthusiastic, pro-active with a desire to learn and a willingness to muck-in. Hours of work: 9am - 5.30pm (37.5hours a week) Holidays: 23 days excluding bank holidays Salary: £15K - £17K basic salary with uncapped commission.
