New Review from a Happy Customer: Overall my experience with Real Estate Gallery was great. Altimese was very professional and patient with my husband and I as we looked through countless homes trying to find the right one! Once we picked out our home, she made the transition process pleasant. This was the 2nd time Ive used her service, so of course I would recommend her and the Real Estate Gallery again. The only negative comment I have concerning the process is not really anything directly from my real estate agent. Two weeks after my purchase, I experienced flooding in my basement. Altimese still has worked with and advised us in trying to rectify the situation. The only complaint I have is that I wish I would have had something written in the contract for protection for a certain time period after closing. Other than that, I feel like she was excellent and truly cared about meeting all the needs of our family.
