New Security Measures and Visiting Policy Changes in the Wake of Current Security Situation Keeping in view the security challenges faced by educational institutions across the country, we have taken new and more specified measures to ensure a safe and secure environment in the school. Improved Security Measures: • A newly fortified periphery wall, a minimum of 8 feet in height with a two feet high razor wire on top. • Armed security guards. • CCTV cameras at intermittent intervals. • Inside and outside vigil along the boundary walls. • Trained security personnel. • Metal detectors at the gate. • Identity tags for all the Employees. and many more. Change in Visiting Policy: Measures have been taken to streamline the number of visitors entering the school during school hours and keep a strict check of WHO enters the premises. • Registration for the upcoming and present academic session will be done on Saturdays or by appointment with the Registration Coordinator. • Day to day queries and issues can be registered by diary or telephone. The school is bound to respond to such requests promptly and diligently. • Visitors other than parents will be met by concerned personnel at the school gate only. • Parents’ meeting with teachers, coordinators and the Principal will be scheduled through appointment only and held on specific week days i-e Tuesday between 10:00 am to 12:00 pm. Friday between 9:00 am to 10:00 am. • Resumes should be dropped at gate by the applicants. The website or face book page provide useful information regarding school reports, timings, agendas etc. Also the website/face book page are constantly updated regarding unscheduled/emergency closure of the school and/or change in timing. The person who comes to pick the child must stay outside the school. • It is asserted that parents and school go hand in hand in educating their children/ wards to stay calm if any unforeseen circumstances occur and follow the teacher’s instructions. Also, bring to the school’s notice if any suspicious activity is noticed around the school on school numbers 042-37511486-7. • Kindly avoid rumors. • Please make thorough investigation about the private transport you hire for commuting of your child. • Kindly follow one way traffic. • Traffic should be in smooth flow at morning and home time. So no vehicle to be parked in front of the school gate and no turn should be taken. • No child will be allowed to enter after 8:40 am in the morning.
