{New Year, New You} Last year my New Years resolution was to stop biting my nails. (Yuk, I know) Its an awful habit and I tried so many times to stop. Jan 1, 2014 I stopped cold turkey. It may seem to be kind of a weird resolution but it was important to me. I had my days but I always reminded my self with each new day that it wasnt an option. Today my nails are strong and I have to trim them. (Advice: always, always keep a nail file with you) This coming year, 2015 will be the year I strive to be in the best shape I have ever been in. Prior to my new year new me resolution I have always lead a fit life. Of course, Ive failed but I was never scared to try again. The most fit Ive been is combing P90X with running. I did the program a couple years back and it had an amazing outcome. (Ill try to find a picture for you). Now I am a coach for Beachbody! I have to hold myself truly accountable which is great for me. My second Beachbody purchase was my first Challenge Pack (which I would 100% recommend to start with) the price is great and totally affordable plus it comes with Shakeology!! I love, love, love my Shakeo. What a difference it has made in just the 3 weeks I have been drinking it. I purchased the Chocolate Vegan (vegan means its dairy free) I cant have diary anymore as it messes with my stomach (Recent discovery). So I want to hear from you.
