New Years Eve menu is here! *Organic grass-fed porterhouse -or- ribeye w/ smoked shallot butter over black truffle mashed potatoes *Organic pork chop w/ bourbon peach jam (that I canned during peach season this year!) over local sweet potato fries, finished with crispy pork belly *Local lamb chops with sweet cherry sauce & parsnip mashed potatoes *Blue crab mac & cheese w/ shallots, bacon and fresh tarragon *Pan-fried walleye over blue Adirondack potatoes w/ organic mango and fresh local ginger salsa *Organic free-range chicken breast over house made black pepper pasta w/ rosemary & white balsamic pickled baby bella mushrooms *Organic grass-fed beef short ribs over roasted local potatoes & root vegetables with house béarnaise .....along with a few of the menu favorites, and a vegetarian option!(and, of course, do I ever disappoint with desserts?! Look for some French cheesecake, flourless chocolate torte and Im thinking about doing some blackberry and fresh ginger turnovers.....along with many others!)
