New Years Resolutions Each year as the clock strikes midnight, you kiss, hug and drink up that champagne if you are a party. Or youll sit in and watch TV until the New Year chimes in then you are off to bed. Others will be doing their own thing. When you awake on 1st January, you make resolutions, mainly Ill never drink that much again :), for things that you would like to give up or attain during the year. Things like, getting rid of excess weight, giving up smoking, get fit or fitter, run a marathon, improve your relationship, the list is endless. Then jump forward 30 days, some have tried and failed, some are still thinking about it and a small minority are on their way to achieving their goals. That small minority have moved from thinking about it to taking ACTION. Weight loss means eating less and moving more - these are actions Getting fit requires action Writing a book requires action I know, you get it. Sometimes, you need support in getting and keeping that motivation to keep taking that action. That is where a Life Coach comes in.
