New Years Resolutions? I dont believe in them, but... I did spend some time setting specific goals, and I envisioned how I want to start 2016. I wrote that all down. I also thought about habits, and came up with this list of habits which I think will improve my life and optimize my happiness: Better Habits Eat mostly very healthy Get things done Live actively, make some physical effort every day possible Stretch the body Stretch the mind Give to others Remember everything I am grateful for Love openly and freely
