New Zealand Mission Trip : Our mission was to share the gospel and the love of Christ to the youth and children in Tauranga, New Zealand. We planned and we planned and we planned and fundraised for one year. The Holy Spirit took over and the Lord had his way. His ways are better than ours!! We set out for a Youth Day Camp and a 5 day Vacation Bible School with absolutely no preregistration. Flyers were posted and sent out to the community. We had no idea of how many kids would show up. We brought up 11 bins full of supplies for 100 kids. Praise God that 24 children came to the Youth Day Camp and 62 children attended the Vacation Bible School!! Half had never been to church or heard the Gospel message. By the end of our VBS week, 100% responded to the invitation to receive Jesus as their Lord and Saviour. Praise God!! We had such a blessed time and we are so grateful for the oppurtunity to share the Gospel to His children in New Zealand!! Thank you Dave Heitman and Shoreline Church for hosting us!
