Manufacturing Supervisor Primary functions of Jobs : Supervise daily production activities and ensuring proper control of man, machine, material and procedures to ensure finished products are manufactured in conformance with the production schedule, cost and high standard of quality. Closely monitoring production flow to identify bottleneck, inefficiency, unsafe condition, quality issue and undisciplined activities among workers To ensure high level of spirit and skill among subordinate by performing coaching, mentoring and training. Initiates and participates in improvement projects. Maintains 5S and safe work environments. Requirements Male/female with age maximum 35 years old Bachelor degree in Industrial / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering with 3 – 5 year experiences as production supervisor preferably in an automotive company Excellent in verbal and written communication skills (English) Improvement oriented and understand improvement tools (LEAN, Six Sigma, TPM) Have a strong leadership, hardworking, discipline, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure Have an interpersonal and communication skill, willing to learn and being trainerAble to react accordingly and find quick solution to solve problems in production shop floor Understand ISO-TS16949, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 is preferred Computer skills with Microsoft Office, Auto-cad and have knowledge on SAP would be advantages.
