{New post} Following up on last weeks discussion of feeling like were missing out when we see others eating sweets and treats ... I had to ask, Do we have food FOMO??? I think we do! I pretty much did my entire life :) Read the new blog for some LOLs and some insights into food anxiety and how we can change our attitude about food to slowly feel satisfied and not left out of the fun of food.
