The good people at New Address have all of this by the bucket load, with a great amount of kindness and a reasonable price scheme to boot. We first encountered New Address when we went to view a house and were very impressed with Jamies ability to think outside of the box - she sold the house to us several times over in one viewing. Having been on the market over 6 weeks ourselves with another agent, with very few viewings, we made the decision to move our sale to New Address. The house sold in 8 days. Most agents would generally lose interest once the house was sold, but Jamie kept in touch and when we encountered problems with our purchase (sold by another agent), Jamie personally researched and advised on our behalf. What she doesnt know about her field is not worth knowing. With her help, and that of her friendly team, we solved our situation . What compelled me to write a testimony, was that its extremely rare these days for anyone, particularly in the service industry, to go the extra mile - This company did. In abundance!
