New time slot has become available for one to one personal training , due to finishing up with one of my clients. Its only time slot available that I have, as I am fully booked. The time slot available is the 30 day intense package which includes 3 personal training sessions per week along with 2 group exercise classes, 5 sessions per week, its tough but it gets results! Tues , Thurs and Fridays @ 12pm for PT. Group exercise classes Weds 6.30pm and Sunday 11am. PM me if you are interested.
