***New to the Maggie’s Programme** Creative Music – open to everyone. No musical skill or experience is required. The aim is for you to get a better understanding of what you are going through. The concentration involved helps you slow down, relax and process your thoughts which in turn may give you more confidence. There are two sessions available which start on Friday 3rd October: • 2:00- 3:00 pm for those with a cancer diagnosis • 3:15-4:15pm for those affected by cancer, relatives, friends, bereaved There are 5 places available on each session; the course will run for 10 weeks.
