Newest ACLJ Petition: to Subpoena Secretary Sebelius and Make Her Testify (Please see: aclj.org/obamacare/make-hhs-secretary-testify) By one count, at least ten times as many people have lost insurance than have been able to purchase insurance through the exchanges. Even leading liberals have called the exchanges “almost criminal” and a “failure.” Yet Secretary Sebelius is refusing to testify before Congress. She has time to appear on Comedy Central and to attend a formal gala, but she does not have time for Congress.
