News | Christian Killed While Praying for His Attacker On October 20, a Christian man belonging to a Believers Church in Nepal was murdered by a man that claimed he needed his prayer for healing. In the early morning hours of October 20, Debalal was called to the home of Kumar Sardar for prayer. According to Kumar, he was experiencing pain and needed prayer. Debalal was reluctant to go, due to the hour and the fact that Kumar was known to be a strict adherent to Hinduism. Eventually Debalal decided to go and pray for Kumar.
