News From The Brewery - Hi everybody! Today, Tuesday 5/6, the brewery will release two Spring Seasonals. The first is our perennial springtime favorite, Headbangers Helles Bock. This traditional German Lager has malt flavors of light toffee and dinner biscuit paired with a light, floral hop presence and a dry, clean finish. The Helles Bock or Mai Bock style is the lightest in color of all the bock styles and is typically released in early May. ABV - 7.0% - $5.00/Pint;$2.00/Sampler. The second is a brand new beer, our Soul Flower Saison. Soul Flower is a very traditional take on the Saison style. It is light in color, with intense notes of ripe fruit and peppery spice. Fruity fermentation flavors are balanced by a moderate hop bitterness, spicy hop aromas and a crisp, dry finish.
