News Release Tuesday, April 22, 2014: P201401138 Breach of Peace: On Monday, April 21, 2014 South Windsor Police were notified of a domestic problem at a Chapel Road home. The victim complained that her husband had damaged property at the home and engaged in a verbal dispute. Officers later interviewed and arrested the man, Christopher Rosa, age 41, of 101 Summer Hill Drive, South Windsor. He was charged with Breach of Peace and Criminal Mischief in the Second degree. He was later released on a $5000.00 non-surety bond. Rosa is scheduled to appear at Manchester Superior Court on Tuesday, April 22, 2014. P201401143 Disorderly Conduct: On Tuesday, April 22, 2014 at about 1:00 a.m. a South Windsor Police officer was on patrol on Dart Hill Road and found a woman walking along the road who appeared upset. The woman told the officer she’d been in an argument with her boyfriend at a nearby home. During the argument the man had struck the woman with her cellphone. Officers went to the home and interviewed the arrested party, Timothy McCarthy, age 39, of 79 Dart Hill Road, South Windsor, CT. He was charged with Disorderly Conduct and was held on a $10,000.00 surety bond. McCarthy will be presented at Manchester Superior Court on Tuesday, April 22, 2014.
