News Release Wednesday June 12, 2013: P201301738 Larceny in the Second degree (Motor Vehicle Theft): On Wednesday, June 12, 2013 South Windsor Police officers responded to suspicious person complaint on Long Hill Road. A woman reported that a man was sitting in her car. The man began driving away with the car, a 2009 Honda Accord. The vehicle was located and stopped by officers a short distance away. Officers arrested the man. Fahad Khan, age 22, of 107 Grand Ave. Vernon, CT. He was charged with Larceny in the Second degree (motor vehicle) and Larceny in the Sixth degree (license plate). Khan was held on $20,000.00 surety bond and will be presented at Manchester Superior Court later Wednesday, June 12, 2013.
