News2 Newscast Nov. 3, 2014 Top Stories: The St. Croix Elections board called an emergency meeting Sunday to finalize a number of items before Tuesday’s General election. While they were able to approve the new ballot, the board will have to manually count all the early voting ballots. Meanwhile, a legal suit that concluded Saturday could have changed the way ballots are counted. A gubernatorial candidate and a St. Thomas resident filed a lawsuit protesting the Board of elections decision not to let voters use the DS200 machines.
