Next Saturday 8/23, we are going to have our 2nd destination Rise and Shine Run of the year. This one is going to be on the North Burke Gilman Trail. We will have two starting points, one at Log Boom Park in Kenmore (for 15 miles and up) and one at Bothell Landing Park (8-12 mile routes). All will run east on the trail and turn around next to the Red Hook Brewery. The plan right now is for 8 miles and over, but shorter runs could do as well, but will just need to double back earlier than Redhook. There is an event page you can go to at the link below that will have all the information and coordination that goes down this week, but the intention will be for the group starting from Log Boom to go out at 7:15 and those at Bothell ready to meet up with them 25-30 minutes later. And we will try and coordinate car pools from the Green Lake Bathhouse. So check it out. Make sure you RSVP on the Meetup which site you intend to run at GL or North BGT. Check out the event page!
