Next month, Big Woods Brewing Company will say goodbye to one of its original employees. We would like to congratulate Chef Emily Stone and wish her well as she begins the next adventure in her culinary journey. Emily was with us when we opened our doors in 2009, and brought with her the bright smile, effervescent energy and iconic dishes that have become staples here in the Big Woods. Well miss you in the kitchen, Em. But, quaffers, dont be surprised if you see her behind the bar every now and again serving up Big Woods hospitality in the way that only Chef Emily can.
