Next season Ladies and Gents we are launching The Official Military fitness circuits OCR Team. Paul Furness will be captain and inspirational leader ;) (as well as discount extraordinaire) so what does this mean for you all. it is completely up to you we will have two teams, the competitive side, representing us all and flying the flag, and the lets have a great fun time team (this is the current team). ask away any questions and info you may need, training will remain the same. this idea came about after having so many people winning our top ten finishing in OCRs around the country - team training obviously works and every single person who has ever run for MFC has been amazing. So far we hold the record of biggest team for The WOLF RUN 260 runners Iron Run over 100 Runners lets keep having the fun times and enjoying fitness as we all do.
