Next week, the Georgia state legislature will be back in session and I plan to bombard you once again with cannabis oil information and calls for action. However, this is a call for FEDERAL action - so this is for ALL of my fb friends: Please please contact your US Representatives and Senators and ask for their support in rescheduling cannabis so it is not a schedule 1 drug (meaning it has no medicinal value). This misclassification is what causes so many of our hang-ups in obtaining this medication for our children. When I spoke with U.S. Representative Doug Collins staff, I was told that this isnt even an issue in Washington bc it hasnt gained any traction. In fact, I was only the 2nd person to even bring the topic of cannabis to their attention EVER and I had completely different goals than the other constituent. Please please help us gain some footing in Washington and contact your US legislators! Half of the children featured at the end of this video are from Georgia and that is entirely too many! Reschedule cannabis and help us get medicine for our kids! #stoptheseizures
