Nicci Gouws Says I am absolutely shattered. My 4-year old with severe Autism didnt get accepted into a specialised Unit for Reception next year. There were just too many applications and too few vacancies. He will now have to go to a mainstream school with limited assistance. I am absolutely terrified, as he is a runner, he is only semi-verbal and has many, many meltdowns if things arent going his way. I am not only worried about his safety, but also his future.
