Nice Work Kelsie and Pat Posted: Wednesday, December 17, 2014 11:59 pm Mac Cerullo McNamara still the best Former state champion and Daily News Player of the Year Kelsi McNamara is back for her senior year at Pentucket, and if Tuesday was any indication, it’s going to be another huge year for the Sachem star. McNamara scored 29 points in Pentucket’s 46-44 win over Masconomet, pushing her team out well in front before helping stave off a late push by Masco late to clinch the win. Audrey Tipson also had a great showing for the Sachems as well, pulling down 11 rebounds while locking down Masco’s best player. Freier at will Pentucket might have something special brewing with its boys team as well, as Pat Freiermuth erupted for 28 points and 6 rebounds in the Sachems’ 68-64 loss to Masconomet on Tuesday night. The 6-foot-4 sophomore scored the team’s first basket of the season, and then proceeded to dominate the paint for much of the rest of the game, scoring 11 of his points from the free throw line while also nailing a three
