Nice day for fall cleaning. Got all the scrap metal, old freezer, etc out of the driveway and onto the trailer and over to recycle. 420 lbs...$37.00 to me. Then, picked 8 quarts of tomatos in preparation for stewing tomatos later. Have garage half cleaned and arranged for winter. Disturbed one stray cat who seems to want to make my Garage its home for the winter. Talked to the cat, assured it it can stay in the garage if it keeps the squirrels out of my yard. Think we have an arrangement. Cleaned the turtle-quarium and made plans for a new, bigger one. Have to find a router to inlet the plywood for the base. Realized I still need to clean the Bess, set it out for cleaning after I rest for a minute. Realized I cut my leg somewhere along the way today when Mia started cleaning my leg. Probably cut it on the scrap metal, so I better check on when my last tetnus booster was. I love productive fall days.
