Open hip goblet squat 4x15 3b. Good mornings 4x15 Rest :45 4a. Leg extensions 4x15 4b. BB SLDL 4x15 4c. Band lateral steps 4x32 steps Rest 1:00 5a. Back squat 3x24 (8 close-8 wide-8 neutral) 5b. Glute cable kickbacks 3x15 Rest :45 Afterwards Katie had a brilliant idea to hit some core work. I was toast!!!! Tough training session tonight!
