Collier, President while Phil and I were students, is an alumnus of Randolph-Macon with a degree in Chemistry; Phil earned a degree in Chemistry from Moravian. Its just another comforting connection, as well as words that I heard repeatedly during Orientation which have always been part of my own classroom philosophy as a teacher...i.e. personalization, connections, partnership between school/student/home. I know my educational values were certainly shaped in the teacher-education program at Moravian College. Thank you for the connection...Moravian, President Collier (whose ideals were certainly part of my experience!), and Randolph-Macon. If this isnt enough, heres R-MCs tagline...
