Nigeria electoral laws was written to favor the incumbency, it will be difficult to remove a sitting president if four months to the Presidential election the presidential candidates of all parties are not known or debates of internal party democracy is not going on, it is not a good law at all, it is a selfish and heartless law to destroy the opposition, if all must be done within three months, with no room to know the hearts and deeds of anyone contesting against President Jonathan? Here in the United states America, all the candidates for Presidency must be known immediately after the mid term elections in November 2014 in a election that will take place two years from now, it is not the same in Nigeria, why cant we have the all the elections in one day to prevent undue influence or band waggon effect ? The approach of the INEC is fraudulent and it will make meaning change of government impossible. Secondly, the electoral law wants the presidential elections first before all elections, which will lead to the destruction of opposition parties in the country.What ever the gains of APC, SDP Labor Party or any opposition party in the last three years will be destroyed if they cant win the presidency. It is the most useless electoral law in the world. If our democracy is not working a lot is wrong with our laws and those implementing it. O MA SHE O! Cant you guys see it? EPS as recommended by the Oracle would have been the only way to byepass the stupid laws written to favor the incubent, that would make their candidates known and better understood than the President, but they are ignorants and greedy to even see beyond the tip of their noses. Again, O ma she o!!! So what can the opposition indeed the SDP do right now is to go ahead and run it internal democracy since Femi Babalola has declared his intention, he can go ahead and start running advert for his intention to become the candidate of his party on the radio, television and social media without fear of breaking any law, because he is not, I will not give any advise to APC because it is a dumb ass party with no thinking task plan on how to win.
