Nigerian constitutions is just a mere literature. The rich has turned it to ordinary novel. The Judiciary has sold out the rights of the constitutions for financial gains. If some groups of people could organised themselves and entered a courtroom and beat up a Judge and nothing has happened.If the constitutions says you can not take oath of Office more than twice as head of state, and the same constitution says any governor impeached can not come back to govern same state not until after 10yrs and the likes of Jonathan is going for third term and Fayose is coming to govern Ekiti when the 10yrs is not yet expired. Then it is better for a country not to have a constitutions than the ones we have in Nigeria.
