Nigerian leaders fool themselves by thinking that they can meet the nations current challenges using the same old means: pretend its not there and it will go away, throw money at it, pay off the trouble makers, sponsor the trouble makers adversaries against them, settle a couple of critical people and so forth. The one thing they desperately want to avoid and which is sure to quell this cascade of problems is, SINCERITY, integrity. But they will rather spend endlessly and take meaningless risks to avoid that, and there lies the core of our troubles. Not again. It is clear this one will put the nation and every bit of the leadership abilities of those in power to the ultimate test. Either we trace our way back to sincerity and integrity or we die this time around. That doesnt sound like bad news to me really; and perhaps is the good that lies dormant in evil. Our sins have found us out and only the truth will set us free.
