Night before last I had an encounter with hunters 40 minutes after sunset taking a huge muley it was already to dark to drive without headlights. I talked to fish and game and they are looses on the time cut off stating its flexible. Last night I ran into them again and they showed me pictures of the 2 deer they shot after dark in my opinion and were back at it again??? and 2 of the 4 were drinking before the hunting. not to mention the fields they went to are posted.Im no legal eagle but what they are doing is just wrong Im glad that I got to meet up with the azgf officer out there and he agreed that 20 minutes after sunset was okay but 40 was a big NO. Taking big game after dark is stealing from all the legal hunters
