Nikki and I often talk about how you should NEVER trust the WORDS - TopicsExpress

Nikki and I often talk about how you should NEVER trust the WORDS someone says, only the ENERGY behind it. Which is often followed by, What the heck does that MEAN? So Ill explain: I was sitting on my back porch this morning shirtless, coffee in hand, dog in my lap and overheard a very interesting conversation. Our next door neighbors were in the backyard working on some project and (somehow) the subject of their marriage came up. It was a very straight-forward and frank conversation where they were both very open about the state of their relationship... - They havent been on love for quite a while. - They *feel* amicable towards each other - Things are okay at the moment All of it is interesting but the piece that most caught my attention was when the husband followed up those bullet points with: Im not a resentful person. I dont hold onto this kind of stuff. Im just saying it is the way it is. And that my friends... is where the ENERGY did NOT match the words... At all! Because he kept going on about what didnt work... And then he would loop back to making comments like the one above that are just HIDING whats really going on. This man is feeling hurt by the situation. But his wife is buying the story that he has come to terms and is okay with the situation when he is not. She is buying his words rather than reading the energy behind them. And thats a dangerous place to be. I do my best not to trust what people say and only trust what they do... Often the energy behind the words when spoken is the best evidence of what WILL come to pass in time. The energy will always leave clues to where people are actually functioning from. Interesting right? I have people tell us stuff like this all the time: Omg this business is amazing! I am planting my flag, Im here for the long haul! And we say... Cool! And were thinking... Well see... Because the energy didnt match the words ;-) A snake is at its most powerful when youre gazing into its eyes, entranced by every word... Not knowing or realizing the transference occurring between and behind every flick of its tongue. Pay no heed to the flick, flick, flickering of its words for when you have - you have already been deceived.
