"Nine cities that could soon follow Detroit into bankruptcy" Detroit is not an isolated event, but a warning crying out for humanity to take heed from. We are quickly approaching a time when uncontrolled spending is met with a large bank-induced credit crunch where loans are hard to come by. We must elect financially conservative leaders to shift us back into the right direction. We must reject what hideous beasts that the Democratic and Republican parties have become while transforming them into via options for the future. I can assure you that by and large both Reps & Dems are on the wrong side of this spending crisis. They always want to spend more. What we need is to elect Libertarian leaders that actually care about the long term path that the nation is on... not these quick-fix Rep/Dem junkies that live vicariously through spending for sake of spending. Spending is great, but it must be invested wisely as opposed to thrown away to non-productive entities.
