Earlier, she also cleared Sen. Loren Legarda, but not Sen. Bongbong Marcos. This is not to say that Legarda and Ochoa are into the scam, as being claimed in the affidavit as claimed too by the yellow media. What is strange, hpwever, is why Leila de Lima was so quick to absolve the two Noynoy allies, despite the reported affidavit, whose author, she said, is not a witness, even if she had an affidavit. While De Lima cleared Ochoa, she did not do the same for the senators and congressmen who were linked by the usual yellow media to the pork barrel scandal, saying the probe is ongoing. What then made De Lima quickly clear Ochoa and Legarda but left the other senators hanging, all of whom obviously are not considered allies of the administration, as though they truly were involved in the pork barrel scam, and considering too, that with at least two senators, Juan Ponce Enrile and Jinggoy Estrada, this was already out prior to the elections, where the Commission on Audit already said that the senators were not involved in the scam. Three other non-allies of Noynoy and the Liberal Party (LP) have also been targeted, Senators Bong Revilla and Bongbong Marcos." tribune.net.ph/index.php/commentary/item/16758-target-non-allies-of-noynoy
