That includes extra work, no complaints to delayed salaries and long working hours. This has made the local entrepreneurs profit hungry and they expect the same from the locals which they can not deliver. It is a vicious circle wherein the expats keep compromising due to their responsibilities and locals find it difficult to compete with them in facing such pressure.
