No 12 ways to lose 12 lbs this morning. No bucket challenges. No 10th selfie of the day. No quizzes to find out what you already know. No Bible verse to say what you want to say to someone but wont. No B.S. You have only one life to take care of your health. If you dont, you will lose your life. Its time to stop playing games and thinking you know everything. Get up and start moving and start dealing with those trigger foods that keep hindering you. I love Facebook and the way it connects people, but sometimes you have to just DO THE WORK. In spite of everything you are bombarded with daily. Do the work. Make a commitment. Stick to it. Change your health and change your body. You can do this!
