No. 9 According to Sect. 52 Traditional and Complementary Medicine Act 2013 (Act 756), DG of Health has the power to excercise closure order of premises, building or facilities (of traditional and complementary) that shows persistent use of unsafe and unhygienic practice. So, there you go. Dont easily go for your bekam (cupping) or accupuncture in pasar malam, supermarket or whatnot.
