No Americans left in London LONDON (AP) — Defending champion and third seed Andy Murray has reached the Wimbledon quarterfinals for the seventh year in a row with a 6-4, 6-3, 7-6 win over 20th-seeded Kevin Anderson of South Africa. Murray has won all 12 sets hes played in the tournament this year, dropping 32 games. His All-England Club winning streak is 17 matches, including the run to a gold medal at the 2012 London Olympics. Top-seed Novak Djokovic (NOH-vak JOH-kuh-vich) fought through shoulder pain to beat Jo-Wilfried Tsonga (SAHNG-guh) 6-3, 6-4, 7-6. Grigor Dimitrov (GREE-gohr dih-MEE-trahv) and Marin Cilic (CHEE-leech) also won their fourth-round matches in straight sets, and Stan Wawrinka (vahv-REEN-kah) won his third-round match in three sets. Feliciano Lopez eliminated John Isner (IHZ-nur) 6-7, 7-6, 7-6, 7-5. Isners ouster means no American singles player reached the round of 16 at Wimbledon, something that hadnt happened since 1911. Three of the top four womens seeds have now been eliminated with the loss by No. 4 Agnieszka Radwanska (ahg-nee-ESH-kuh rahd-VAHN-skuh). The 2012 Wimbledon runner-up fell in the fourth round to 22nd-seeded Ekaterina Makarova of Russia 6-3, 6-0. The top two seeds, Serena Williams and Li Na (nah), lost last week. Former World No.1 Caroline Wozniacki (wohz-nee-AK-ee) lost her fourth-round match to unseeded Barbora Zahlavova Strycova 6-2, 7-5. No. 13 Eugenie Bouchard (yoo-JEE-nee boo-SHARD) has advanced by beating the woman who ousted top seed Serena Williams, Alize Cornet (uh-LEEZ-ay kohr-NAY). Bouchard won the last four games to post a 7-6, 7-5 victory and reach the quarterfinals. Bouchard is the only woman this year to have advanced to the semifinals of both Grand Slam tournaments earlier this year. Petra Kvitova (kuh-VIT-oh-vah) and Lucie Safarova also advanced. Madison Keys of the U.S. withdrew from her uncompleted third-round match because of a left thigh injury. The 30th-seeded Keys won her first tour title at the Eastbourne grass-court Wimbledon warm-up.
