No Christian should have anything to do with Halloween and that includes participating in it by way of some other means or by calling it something else, and then doing the same or similar things. You cannot take back Halloween. IT IS PAGAN! It never was a Christian holy day, or something Christians participated in. It is a pagan custom that can only be ignored and have nothing to do with. There is nothing fun about Halloween. Turn off your lights. Do not buy candy. Do not go trick-or-treating. Do not dress-up, or go to any kind of Halloween party (not even one sponsored by a church fellowship going by another or similar name), and instead spend a quiet night at home in the basement rec room having fun as a family or go out to a restaurant where the staff wears their normal uniforms and where no Halloween decorations are up or displayed either inside or outside, and have a great meal out while the world does what it wants. You cannot take back Halloween. It is a pagan. The Bible says: LEARN NOT THE WAY OF THE HEATHEN.
