No Cook Oatmeal Peanut Butter Balls Ingredients: 1 cup old fashioned oats 2/3 cup shredded coconut 1/2 cup peanut butter 1/2 cup ground flaxseed 1/2 cup Enjoy Life mini chocolate chips 1/3 cup agave 1 TBSP chia seeds 1 tsp vanilla extract Directions: Combine all the ingredients well with your hands or a spatula in a medium to large mixing bowl. Cover the bowl and let chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. Once chilled, roll into balls of whatever size you would like; personally, I liked them smaller as theyre sweet and filling. Ready to serve, store in the fridge (or freeze and thaw).
