No Good deed.... SO today at work I seemed to have invented fire... or the wheel, or something equally as astonishing.... We were almost out of soda glasses, and the truck order which arrived today, did not contain the replacements. Managers STRESSED as hell because up the food chains quibbling about her going out and just buying more...the BIG dishwasher in back is out... again... and my boss is close to a melt down... You know... I can always just wash them by hand.. like I do the bar classes.. I pointed out. I thought she was going to cry, Youd... youd be willing to do that? Resisting the urge for face palm. Yes... Im a bar tender....I can wash a glass. :) Youd think Id found the Lindburg baby. My reward came a few hours later, Glass gate crisis abated, Im called into the office. Listen. Monday were sending the other manager to another store for the day... can you cover Monday too?
