No Need To Rejoice When You Are Supposed To Weep. My Take On Administrative Units. National Conference is in no way behind the legacy of keeping the state dependent on central Govt.Be it J&K Bank the immensely prestigious institution which has been brought under the control of RBI now Or Sell out of our water resources to NHPC.The rationale behind making our sate dependent and captive in terms of economy is to keep Delhi in good humour. The parameters to overcome from the lingering economic hardships that the state is facing should have been given fair importance and taken into consideration before embarking new administrative units which could only bring havoc and jolt to the states economy.Just a political gimmick when elections are not too far this burden on economy could prove more calamitous. Its indeed astonishing,in recent past the state govt.was not even able to pay salaries to the employees.Omar Sarkaar has embraced the habit of begging all the time which will never allow our state economy to flourish and grow vigorously.Kashmir is not poor but we have been made poor by the inadequate policies which are not result oriented hence create direct implications on employment, infrastructure and other services. The Govt.needs to develop long term strategies by developing and formulating a doctrine that will ensure long tern success rather than focussing on short term gains which could further raise the costs as a result will turn in the sinking of economy more severely. The sole intension of creating new administrative units at this juncture is to retain power by hook or crook. This developmental mantra is well planned to hoodwink masses in order to augment the vote bank for NC. The introduction of administrative units prior elections have unveiled two different theories, one could be most probably that National Conference have discerned that they will crumble and are on the verge of extinction in the coming polls, now let it be an attempt of hurdle for those who have bright chances of making sworn statements in the next assembly election OR It could be they themselves want to grab political mileage out of it which I believe is absurd because Kashmiris are very cognisant about the political arena of Kashmir and their intuitions will certainly succour them when it comes to decision making process. They are well capable of making differentiation between right and wrong. Gone are the days when NC used to exploit people on developmental fronts but failed miserably to bring in any sort of development.Though they used to get favour from public because there were no dynamic political alternatives whom they could have opt--now the message of Change is quite prevalent Empowerment At Individual Level envisaged by Agents Of Change.
