Dan Epstein, of the World Health Organization (WHO), said the vaccine will be put through clinical trials before its flown to areas hardest hit by the disease. More than 800 vials of the trial drug, developed in Winnipeg, await distribution. The first phase of the trials will begin at 10 sites in Europe, North America and in Africa, Epstein said.
