No doubt the Grand Jurys decision of no indictment in Ferguson, - TopicsExpress

No doubt the Grand Jurys decision of no indictment in Ferguson, Missouri, has opinioned many thoughts in the matter of the death of Michael Brown and his then accused Officer Darren Wilson. Sadly, and in all reality, only the principles in this event knows what truly transpired on that August day. All we know is an arrest attempted by Officer Wilson on Michael Brown which lead to a confrontation resulting in Mister Browns passing. As to the evidence and the process itself, our system of governance relies on Grand Juries and Preliminary Hearings to determine if a crime has taken place and merits charges is so adjudged. In this matter, the Grand Jury has adjudicated and so rendered a no bill of indictment. To which, we must accept and will be coupled with either scorn and ridicule or praise and celebration. Obviously, the right to protest and dissent publicly must be allowed, but not at the expense of property damage and pain to the innocents. This License does not permit this Liberty. Conversely, this highly charged act will be discussed, debated, and dissected in the days to come. As well it should be on both sides of the issue. If one is of the inclination and the indoctrination of a judgment beyond this mortal world, you may take that solace in the realm that it will either be condone or condemn the principles involved. The debate has begun, should we disagree, may we do so without being disagreeable. May Peace and Understanding be with all. Peace.
