No knead sourdough raisin walnut loaf. I just pulled out the calculator to find out that this was a 85% hydration dough! Im surprised that it even kept its shape under my amateurish care! I think the walnuts and the raisins might have helped kept the shape. This is one of those dense, chewy bread studded with gems. It reminds me of one of those nuts and fruits chocolate bar whereby each bite is exciting as you dont know what you will be chewing into!
